Diane graduated with honors, with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida. Upon graduation from the Fredric G. Levin College of Law School of Law at the University of Florida in 1995, Diane joined Harris, Midyette & Geary, P.A., which was merged into Peterson Myers, P.A. She then joined Eduardo F. Morrell, P.A., in 2000. In 2013, Diane left to join and became in-house counsel for an envorinmental construction firm. As in-house counsel, Diane oversaw the company's human resourses department, assisted in collections and contract administration. Diane re-joined Morrell, P.A., in 2017 and principally practices in debt collection, specializing in construction lien and bond matters.
